VELVETONE is more than just a roots-vintage rock 'n' roll, country, soul or blues band.
Lyrics and songs are mostly written by the band. Dark and sad, humorous and fancy. Velvetone's music sounds like the perfect soundtrack for a Quentin Tarantino movie. Between melancholy and guitar-powered grooves, between the brightness and darkness.
Oh yes, and this is just one side of VELVETONE. The other side is their live shows ! A rough blast where sweat drains down the tube amps and fun blows to the audience.
